Refund policy

We accept returns for eligible items that are unused, not damaged, unlaundered, and with tags. Online purchases are valid for exchange or refund within 30 days of receiving the package. Please refer below to see if your items qualify for a refund or exchange.

  1. Full Price or 25% off items are eligible for full refund or exchange.
  2. Final Sale or 50% off are eligible for exchange. 

All returns will be processed from 3 to 7 days from the moment the package is received. Once we have processed your refund, exchange, or store credit, a notification will be sent to your registered e-mail with all the details of the transaction. Refunds might take 3 to 8 business days to be reflected on your card.   

Please note, that we only accept returns that were purchased through our website www.gesinaclothes.com. Any orders placed from other third-party retailers will not be eligible for returns or exchanges.
